LLANDUDNO PIER 24/04/09

Fished the pier last night with members from here and fishing4u forums , we fished from 6 till 2 in the morning linking up with wsf south coast forum and there fish live 7 event we caught small pollock, yting ,wrasse and a scorpion fish at the start fishing from the end platform at 9 we moved up onto the main pier where it was yting ,doggies and a few rockling ,eddiethefly and myself had a small huss each but mabski landed an 8lb one form behind the bar at the end , musselman and boy went for the conger under the pier but nothing doing musselboy did bring in a decent edible crab tho heres a few pics

Thanks Phill, it was a fun night, despite getting stuck in traffic on the A55 for a good hour on the way there.

Musselboy came up with a pier monster (crab) on his last cast, although not the monster we were after. That delayed us for another half hour on the way home because we then had to show it to everyone. It took him 10 mins to pluck up the courage just to pick up the bucket.

I would like to point out that mabski was fishing using similar monster methods to me, and ended up catching the biggest fish on the pier that night.
