| Three of us set off with the boat in tow at 3.AM yesterday morning for Anglesey & another crack at the bass we arrived to find the sea flat not a ripple no wind not even a draft we had arranged to meet cristo and a few more of the local lads so we were four boats in total by the time they all arrived. We set about catching our eel & 1/2 an hour later set off for our mark by about 10 O'Clock it started to rain & carried on till tea time when the sun decided to come out.Things were slow very slow indeed eight bass half a dozen small pollack & a couple of mackerel between four boats not the best of days but really enjoyed the day & the craic Fetched these three back for the table |
