14 members attended last night`s match in the rough ground tackle graveyard that is Penrhyn Bay. All 14 weighed in dogfish, with the only other species to turn up at the weigh-in, a small huss for Mike Peters.
With the usual dogfish rule in force each angler weighed in his best 2 dogs, with the rest returned and counted as 1 kilo.
John Jones finished with 18 for a weight of 18.24 kgs., Dave Elmer had 14 for 13.73 in 2nd, Dave Lunt included the heaviest fish of the match at 1.26 kgs. ( 2-12-08 lbs. )
in his bag of 13 for 13.32 in 3rd place, and the last of the prize money went to Mike Peters in 4th place with 9 dogs and a small huss for 9.91.
Colin Elmer had 10 for 9.80 in 5th, and Dave Mitchell 10 for 9.77 in 6th.
