With the winds finaly droping went to the island last night, drove past Trearddur and there was still a fair swell on which made my intended mark
a bit iffy so went to the north side where it was slightly calmer, as soon as i got set up the fog and rain started...nice !!
Fished two rods ,pulleys on both with maccy,razor,lug and sandeel baits, second cast had a good bite and a nice codling of 2-10 landed.
An hour or so later the weather improved, but the fishing didn't, had several tiddlers, most fish prefering maccy/sandeel cocktails,a couple of dogs, and a proper 3 bearded rockling.
Not the busiest of nights but i've had worse this time of year, plus a nice fish supper tonight.
