With the weather and working shifts i was finding it hard to get out. but was determined to wet a line somewere. got up yesterday and the wind had dropped so i decided to head the north side of the wirral.
cod corner was out as it has been fishing siht so i decided to head for bromborough (which i couldnt find in the dark).so ended up at eastham.
I fished 2 rods one with a pulley rig loaded with fresh yellow tails and 1 with a one up one down rig with worm tipped with maccie and squid.
got there 3 hours before high there was 2 blokes to the right of me and one to the left THE 2 BLOKES TO MY RIGHT DONT WORRY I PICKED YOUR MESS UP.
fished about 50 yds out and had just the one tap until half an hour before high .as the tide pull eased i switched the pulley rig to a single hook long flowing trace and loaded it with crab and whacked it out about 120yds straight away a little codling.

Unhooked a picture and back it went. on retrieve i noticed i was hitting what felt like a snag but i was pulling over it. so i changed tactics on my other rod and cast just passed the snag.
then it was a fish almost every cast.

I then switched one back to worm and nothing. all the fish i had. i think somewere near about 20 all fell to crab over slack water.

Nothing of any size but it was nice just to get out and wet a line.
