Gents would you say that the fishing in the area where the windfarms are now, is as good as it was before the wind farms where there? also has the fishing now recovered from the time when they where installed ?

if you look back somehwere i think there is a thread that covered this topic where we explained how the fishing has got worse and why its not recovering..mostly involving electricity underwater affecting fish

Thanks for that simon. Based on that answer things are going to get a lot worse, what with the planned wind farm sites planned for the Irish sea 10 miles off of our coast.

there going to be closer than that and then theres the one between anglesey and the isle of man thats been planned. i did hear something about the windfarms there now are being looked at for extensions to them too

Bloody hell affraid I wish I had never asked now. Thats not what I wanted to hear. The only upside that there might be is an exclusion zone for the commercials.
