hi all myself and pickpocket joined dave on dignity for a night session
the intended target was bullhuss
bait was squid/sandeel and herring
bites were slow to start with then pickpocket landed a bullhuss of 14lb
after that it was huss heaven with all 3 of us catching good doubles
it was a flat calm night with no wind and only the stars for company
that was until we heard a pod of dolphins nearby
at dawn we tried a few drifts for whatever was about mysel and pickpocket caught small codling on feathers, alas no maccy and strange no birds
on the way back we noticed how dirty the sea
there was loads of dead algae everywhere
not very pleasant to sail through
we enjoyed the trip the banter and of the fishing
