This will hopefully help those who havent used it before???

A photobucket account is free to set up. Go to Photobucket.com and register, then you can upload photos that are already stored on your computer. Go to choose files, then browse, and choose My pictures/documents, wherever your image is stored. Double click on the image you want to upload.

When uploaded, the site gives you the image code to copy onto the report you are writing. Double left click on the bottom box labelled IMG code, until all the writing inside it is highlighted then right click on the IMG Code box and select copy.

Go back to your report on here and paste the code into your report where you want the image to appear.

You can change the size of the image on this site, from avatar size to too big for these pages. The ideal for photos on here is 640x480, which is in the box marked reduce to, when uploading your image.

Another thing to add is, if you write your report as a word document initially, you can save it and come back to it if you are likely to be disturbed. Leave spaces to add your photos then when finished, copy and paste onto the site, adding image codes off photobucket as you go. ( You need tabs to both sites, and your word document to do this, but its saves losing stuff several times, as has happened to me in the past! )
