Managed to get of work a little early so got the boat out for a couple of hours
There was a bit of a chop it would be fair to say any way managed to launch the boat with out getting wet
Decided to head out to the wind farm as the freezer was a bit low on the old makeys, first drift in the channel was a waste of time not a single take, so headed to the front of the turbines what a difference 800 yards makes fish on straight away and a good size as well managed around 30 or so then it went off again
Moved to inside the wind farm 3rd row up again lots and lots of mackerel but all very small around 4 inch was the biggest these all went back
Thought I would give the calcium a go since I was this far out very quiet and was getting very swelley at this point so headed back in to the post
dropped anchor and changed the tackle with a touch of mackerel and some frozen worm managed to land 6 small tope around 11 inch they are great little fighters this was all with in 1 hour as well
After that it was like the plague dog after dog after dog
Decided it was time to return to shore all in all a great 6 hours fishing sorry no picture forgot the camera freezer is know stocked ready for the winter
Very Happy
